Rocket salad, preserved tomato, egg, grilled tuna, toast with tapenade
Millefeuille of marinated haddock, tomatoes, avocado, vinaigrette sauce with anchovies
Fines slices of smocked duck breast, melon carpaccio
Cold tomato gaspacho, hard-boiled eggs
Home made duck foie gras, chutney with cherries and ginger, toasted bread  (+ 5 €)
Oven-grilled tomato tart, mixed salad leaves and grilled prawns  (+ 3 €)
